Guidance on design standards published

Our headline document ‘Design and Quality Standards’ was launched in December 2009, which outlines our vision and design standards for delivering the Cambridge Challenge.

Chris Jackson, Chief Executive, Hundred Houses Society said “Hundred Houses welcomes the adoption of CPL’s design standards to deliver well designed and built cost and energy efficient homes in communities where people not only want to live but are proud of where they live”.

We hope the document will provide guidance and inspiration for our partners, consultants, contractors and stakeholders on how we would like to deliver the affordable housing on this pioneering project. If you’d like a copy, please get in touch via our Contact page on our website: http://www.cambridgeshirepartnerships.org.uk

This year we will be concentrating on the development of a more detailed specification document, which will shortly be available to download from our website: http://www.cambridgeshirepartnerships.org.uk
